These terms cover how you use everybodyabroad.garden and the services offered through it by Everybodyabroad Tree Service. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Everybodyabroad Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written quote.

Information Only

What you read here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial adviser. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, check with your insurer and your local permit office too.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate details when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get in without permission.

Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@everybodyabroad.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Everybodyabroad Tree Service or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Everybodyabroad Tree Service is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
